Synergy Global Housing held its year-end holiday banquet this afternoon. This is an opportunity for the corporate housing providers’ Executive Leadership Team to reflect on the past year’s successes and speak to our organizational goals for 2018 and beyond. As part of this celebration Co-founders Jack Jensky and Henry Luebbert, as well as President Debra Christopher, honored several team members who went above and beyond to help us achieve our successes in 2017. Each of these awards are representative of the four pillars of Synergy’s foundation; People, Passion, Innovation, and Stewardship. This winners of this year’s awards are:
Partner Award (Stewardship)
Cynthia Loveless
Cynthia has been with Synergy for more than 5 years overseeing several key accounts. In her current role as Client Services Manager, Cynthia has the unique responsibility of acting as a consultant to our clients, ensuring exceptional service while leading Synergy’s in-house team of guest service representatives assigned to those accounts. She is a true leader with her attention constantly focused on serving her clients in a way that makes them feel like friends instead of business associates.
Katie Lim
Katie Lim serves as Director of Global Solutions for Synergy’s APAC operations team. She is responsible for our corporate client and property portfolio development throughout Asia and Australia. Much of our success in servicing our clients in the region can be attributing to Katie’s hard work and management. Her customer-centric approach is what defines the Synergy Difference, and she inspires everyone in our organization with her can-do spirit and friendly approach to problem solving.
Cultural Ambassador Award (People)
Andre Blakely
Andre Blakely can take on almost any task and find an effective solution. But what makes his work remarkable, is his ability to take on any challenge with grace, humility and a smile on his face at all times. As Resident Services Coordinator, Andre is responsible for resolving issues that our guests face when staying with Synergy. From maintenance requests to learning about their surrounding neighborhoods, he ensures every guest he talks with feels like they are truly “home.” Andre is always interested in learning more about his clients, as well as more about Synergy and looking for ways he can grow and expand his impact to the company and the client.
Innovator Award (Innovation)
Lauren Vizcaino

This award recognizes her hard work in overhauling Synergy’s reservation confirmation process and improving efficiency and effectiveness of managing our intern housing programs and improving our overall service delivery. She consistently brings passion and creativity to everything she does, and is the ideal liaison between Synergy’s Sales, Operations, Guest Relations and Residential Services teams.
