This starts at the top with our Founding Partners, Jack Jensky and Henry Luebbert, who have been passionate about serving our guest since the company was established in 1999. This passion was displayed last week, as both Jack and Henry pitched in during our monthly resident event at The Experience @Ironworks in Sunnyvale, CA.

Henry brought his culinary expertise to the party, preparing a huge batch of his gourmet paella, while Jack poured drinks at the bar for the guests and clients attending the event. The event even had live music in the courtyard, as Synergy Guest Service Representative Angel Zelada performed with his band.

Synergy team members were responsible for food, drink, music and fun, because we strive to create memorable experiences that go well beyond the traditional expectations of corporate housing. From our executive team and on, the guest experience is what drives us.
