Synergy Global Housing had the privilege of attending Worldwide ERC’s Global Workforce Symposium (GWS) in Chicago at the end of September. GWS is ERC’s largest annual function and the Symposium is where the relocation industry gathers to share information on the ever-evolving trends of mobility. Our team met with corporate and relocation customers, attended educational sessions and represented Synergy at our booth inside the GWS Marketplace.
Welcome Event at Apogee Lounge
Synergy hosted a kick-off event the evening prior to the official start of GWS 2017 at Apogee, a rooftop bar on the 26th floor of the iconic Dana Hotel & Spa, which overlooks the heart of Downtown Chicago.
“We truly enjoy the opportunity to connect with our customers at ERC. Synergy built our reputation on bringing a customer-focused, left-of-center approach to corporate housing and we extend this to our events. The Apogee Lounge allowed us host a world-class gathering and get ERC off to a terrific start.”

Booth 545 in the GWS Marketplace
A lot of the excitement Synergy brought to the Global Workforce Symposium was centered around our newest innovation, The Synergy Collection. To better serve the individual needs of its customers, Synergy has created three distinct tiers of housing solutions. Each of the three groupings – Elements, Elevate and Experience – comes with a different level of accommodations, amenities, onsite services and pricing.
To highlight these new inventory selections, Synergy has three distinct giveaway items for Symposium attendees. It was a terrific opportunity to meet our industry peers and highlight how Synergy continues to transform the hospitality eco-system.
“Being a part of ERC and showcasing our offerings to prospects, clients and partners is an important part of the Synergy narrative. We believe in supporting ERC and love having a spot to see to interact in the Symposium’s marketplace.”

Seminars and Development Sessions
Despite chaotic schedules, some members of our team were able to attend a few of the educational forums help at the convention. Among the highlights were the Opening Doors with a Global Mindset and Modern Successes: Navigating Leadership Achievements as a Woman and Minority seminars.
“Synergy thrives because of our own content and thought leadership, but in order to have the experience and knowledge required to provide this content we have to be engaged with others in our industry. Attending these types of sessions allow is to expand upon our expertise, which provides our customers enhanced value in our management capabilities.”
