On Tuesday, February 4th, Synergy Global Housing held its 2019 Partner Symposium in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The event brought together housing suppliers from all over the world to discuss exciting partnership opportunities with the company.
The Symposium began by highlighting some common concerns that influence decision making in the industry. Prior to the Symposium, Synergy conducted a survey among suppliers, and 48% of all respondents had inventory management and distribution concerns top of mind. Other common concerns include supply chain best practices, guest experience, and duty of care.
The Symposium continued with Synergy Co-Founding Partner, Jack Jensky, providing background on who Synergy is as an organization and explaining how Synergy’s supply partners play an integral role in serving its guests. Jensky, along with Synergy’s Executive Vice President of Sales, Craig Partin, also highlighted Synergy’s relationship with its parent company, The Ascott Limited. Comprised of nearly 100,000 units, Ascott is the largest supply chain of serviced apartments in the industry and is continuing to grow. The Symposium then continued with Synergy President Debra Christopher highlighting projected growth opportunities followed by Supply Chain Leader Joan Mack providing strategies on how Synergy and its supply partners will win together.
