Synergy Global Housing is proud to announce the promotion of Bernadette (Bernie) Umale to the position of Partner Relationship Manager. In this role, Umale will be responsible for making site visits to Synergy properties while building a rapport and fostering relationships with property managers at selected apartment communities in some of Synergy’s key housing markets.
Umale has been with Synergy since 2010, first serving as a services coordinator before eventually moving up to Global Account Manager (GAM), Operations Manager, for one of Synergy’s most crucial accounts. Her responsibilities required building relationships with Synergy’s domestic and international partners to deliver exceptional guest experience.

She took the same outstanding approach and did such an amazing job with an important Synergy account as a GAM that moving her into this new role was a natural decision.”
