Synergy Global Housing (Synergy) is excited to welcome Christina Mills as its newest Client Services Manager for its U.S. Southwest region. A dedicated and experienced veteran of the housing industry, Mills will oversee the local reservations teams and act as the primary point of contact for several large global accounts operating out of the region.

With over 23 years of industry experience, Mills brings an expert level of knowledge and industry acumen to Synergy. Her experience managing global accounts is expected to be a key driver in client acquisition and retention. Most recently, Mills worked for Oakwood as a Global Account Manager, managing many of the globe’s most recognizable Relocation Management Companies.

Mills is also a Mobility industry advocate. Since 2002, she has been heavily involved with Worldwide ERC. Currently, she is an active member of the Arizona Relocation Alliance, recently completing a term as the president of the organization (serving as the immediate past president in 2020). She also holds her CRP and GMS designations.

Mills was born in England and lived in Germany for a few years as a child before she moved to the United States. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, has a passion for travel, community service, and will never turn down a chance to enjoy delicious food and a glass of Cabernet.
