Synergy’s market-by-market rollout of The Synergy Collection continued into the South Bay earlier this month with a Taste of Silicon Valley tour.

The ever-changing demographics and complexities of corporate travel is constantly creating new trends and demands for corporate housing. In order to offer more choices to more people, we created The Synergy Collection, a portfolio of new segmented offerings that break down the traditional approach into three unique tiers – Elements, Elevate and Experience. Each grouping is defined with varying levels of service and offerings to provide better value to guests and clients based on their individual needs.

To illustrate the three distinct offerings of The Synergy Collection, Synergy’s Paul Morrow and Yimun Stauffer hosted a tour of Collection properties throughout the South Bay. A handful of clients, customers and VIPs were invited to explore a sampling of each classification, with food and drinks served at each stop. This outing gave our invited guests an opportunity to see first-hand the differences in value that each classification offers.

ELEMENTS

The Elements Collection provides quality offerings with all of the essentials for a successful stay, along with crucial amenities such as a workout facility, resident business center and pool. These accommodations offer better price control to customers with their eye on the bottom line. Element properties are ideal for the corporate traveler that values function over fashion.

Central Park at Whisman Station in Mountain View offers townhome-style residences, and was the perfect property to highlight our Elements offerings. These apartment homes are right in the middle of Silicon Valley’s high-tech corridor. Convenient indoor and outdoor amenities, such as resort-inspired pool and spa, bike path and a pair of fitness centers, highlight the benefits awaiting residents. Taste of Silicon Valley guests were treated to a platter of la brschetta and antipasti, with a bellini cocktail pairing.

ELEVATE

Elevate communities are more in line with the traditional offering Synergy is known for. These properties give guests premium, dedicated spaces decorated with contemporary designs and sleek furniture packages offered at exceptional communities with an expansive suite of amenities, including fitness centers, heated pools and outdoor social spaces.

Verve, a new boutique community in Mountain View, was the site of our Elevate example. Guests were able to tour this beautiful apartment community that represents the perfect pairing of style and simplicity. Sitting just minutes from Silicon Valley’s best parks, dining and entertainment options, Verve representing the luxurious apartment living Elevate is based upon. Tour participants dined on homemade tamales alongside a michelada station for a true taste of Elevate.

EXPERIENCE

The Experience Collection is Synergy’s most luxurious offerings, sitting in posh, 5-star accommodations. Residents can enjoy resort-style amenities such as state-of-the-art fitness centers that include yoga studios and spin classes or indoor and outdoor heated saltwater pools. These communities are typically found in luxury towers located in high-profile urban cores within walking distance to high-end shopping, dining and nightlife.

Ironworks was the very first site of an Experience property for Synergy. Almost every lease at this property is managed by us, and the front lobby is staffed by a Synergy representative throughout the week. This team member works onsite to assist guests with their arrival and departure needs, as well as any service requests that come up during their stay. It’s that enhanced level of service that makes Experience properties standout. While touring Ironworks, tour guests were treated to grilled chicken and steak with a pairing of cabernet sauvignon  to highlight the elegant taste of The Synergy Collection.

We had a wonderful time at the “Taste of Silicon Valley”! Many thanks to you and the team’s hospitality!
