Synergy Global Housing is pleased to announce Josi Mariano as its new Supply Chain Manager for its growing Americas region. In her new role, Josi will be responsible for managing, building, and enhancing supplier networks across the Americas.
Josi, a bilingual professional, brings over 18 years of Real Estate and Global Mobility experience to her new role. She credits her outstanding problem solving, high-touch customer service, and implementation and negotiations skills as the keys to her success. Before joining Synergy, Josi worked as a global consultant, global operations manager, account manager, and a global supply chain team member for several major Relocation Management Companies. In her most recent role, she built and managed a global supplier network of 150+ tri-regional suppliers, which included Synergy Global Housing as a preferred partner.
Recognized as an accomplished leader in the Global Mobility space, Josi is a proud recipient of the Cartus President’s Award as well as the Cartus Chairman’s Award in recognition for her work both nationally and globally. She views and treats her suppliers as an extension of the client, believing a reliable supply chain partner is in lockstep with a client’s culture and expectations. Josi credits teamwork, trust, and open communication as the fundamental elements of a prosperous relationship.
Josi is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS); designations she earned from Worldwide ERC. She is also a licensed New Jersey Real Estate professional.
A Jersey girl currently calling Texas home, Josi enjoys fashion-style consulting, gardening, working out and frequenting different beach resorts throughout South America and the Caribbean in her downtime.
