Synergy Global Housing is pleased to welcome Seth Hanson, new Supply Chain Manager for its emerging Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. He brings sixteen years of managing high-profile business and client’s relationships with him to Synergy. Proficient in expanding and strategically improving supplier networks, Seth’s professional experience spans fulfillment, service, and finance. Highly skilled in contract negotiation, process implementation, and resolution management, Seth credits his ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships as the foundation of his success. Based in London, Seth will play an integral role in expanding and enhancing Synergy’s EMEA footprint while ensuring the unique needs of every individual traveler and partner are met. 

Seth joins Synergy after spending nearly six years at Oakwood Worldwide. He began his career in short-term housing as a Global Account Manager, responsible for converting temporary housing requests for corporate travelers throughout the EMEA region. In under a year, Seth was promoted to Supply Chain Management where he sourced and vetted new suppliers, trained new partners, and acted as the primary vendor contact for the reservation (13 members) and service team (10 members) handling daily pricing, market information, and supplier status requests.

Prior to his career in temporary housing, Seth spent a decade in the US retail banking industry developing his service, sales and management skills. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of California, and has a current ASAP Leadership Academy certificate.

In his downtime, Seth is an avid CrossFit member and enjoys traveling throughout EMEA and experiencing all The UK has to offer with his wife and dog.
