Synergy Global Housing (Synergy) is pleased to welcome Emma Horton as its newest Business Development Manager for EMEA. As an experienced sales professional and program manager, Horton develops strong strategic partnerships with her clients to deliver their extended stay program objectives.

With 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Horton offers expertise in managing Synergy’s accounts and forming relationships with esteemed new clients in the London market. Most recently, she worked for SACO, The Serviced Apartment Company, where she proved the real success behind any partnership is collaboration.

Horton strives to understand the traveler demographic, the business need and then synthesizes the insight with intelligent recommendations based on the business travel market landscape. 

Originally from Liverpool, Horton relocated to London in 2010. In her free time, she passionately works with vulnerable members of the homeless community—this being her 10th year volunteering at Crisis at Christmas—exercising her passion for social issues. Additionally, she recently set up a Street Kitchen in Clapham, her local neighborhood. Rather than following the trends of yoga, HIIT classes or Zumba, Horton prefers a solid Netflix binge.
