Synergy’s market-by-market rollout of The Synergy Collection continued into Southern California earlier this month with a Taste of Los Angeles tour.

The ever-changing demographics and complexities of corporate travel is constantly creating new trends and demands for corporate housing. In order to offer more choices to more people, we created The Synergy Collection, a portfolio of new segmented offerings that break down the traditional approach into three unique tiers – Elements, Elevate and Experience. Each grouping is defined with varying levels of service and offerings to provide better value to guests and clients based on their individual needs.

To illustrate the three distinct offerings of The Synergy Collection, Synergy’s Lisa Cantello and Sophia Benamar hosted a tour of Collection properties throughout the LA. A handful of clients, customers and VIPs were invited to explore a sampling of each classification, with food and drinks served at each stop. This outing gave our invited guests an opportunity to see first-hand the differences in value that each classification offers.

The Elements Collection provides quality offerings with all of the essentials for a successful stay, along with crucial amenities such as a workout facility, resident business center and pool. These accommodations offer better price control to customers with their eye on the bottom line. Element properties are ideal for the corporate traveler that values function over fashion.

Wren, an apartment community only blocks from LA LIVE, was the perfect property to highlight our Elements offerings. These apartment homes are right in the middle of where all the action in Los Angeles lives! You are within walking distance to a ton of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including the world-famous STAPLES Center. Convenient indoor and outdoor amenities, such as resort-inspired pool and spa, bike path and 2,700 square foot fitness center highlight the benefits awaiting residents. Taste of Synergy guests were treated to chips, salsa and a pairing of craft beer.

Elevate communities are more in line with the traditional offering Synergy is known for. These properties give guests premium, dedicated spaces decorated with contemporary designs and sleek furniture packages offered at exceptional communities with an expansive suite of amenities, including fitness centers, heated pools and outdoor social spaces.

WaterMarke, a 35-story luxury high-rise located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, was the site of our Elevate example. Guests were able to tour this beautiful apartment community that represents the perfect pairing of style and simplicity. Sitting just blocks from DTLA’s best parks, dining and entertainment options, WaterMarke represents the luxurious apartment living Elevate is based upon. Tour participants dined on bruschetta, penne pasta, and ravioli with a red and white wine pairing for a true taste of Elevate.

The Experience Collection is Synergy’s most luxurious offerings, sitting in posh, 5-star accommodations. Residents can enjoy resort-style amenities such as state-of-the-art fitness centers that include yoga studios and spin classes or indoor and outdoor heated saltwater pools. These communities are typically found in luxury towers located in high-profile urban cores within walking distance to high-end shopping, dining and nightlife.

The Synergy Collection ended its tour by showcasing another high-rise community in DTLA, Atelier. Residents of the Atelier enjoy the pinnacle of LA luxury with a boutique lobby and 24-hour concierge, expansive fitness center, yoga/spin room, communal theatre, and a resort-style pool deck with lap pool, spa and cabanas. Visitors also got a spectacular view of the downtown LA from the skyline terrace. For Atelier’s complimentary food pairing, tour guests were treated to a pairing of gourmet sushi, sashimi, and cold sake to compliment the luxury surroundings of this Experience property.
