As part of the rollout of The Synergy Collection, a diversified inventory of furnished housing options with three different groupings of accommodations, Synergy continued its 3-tiered tour into Orange County with a Taste of OC.
Just as we did in San Francisco, we hosted a handful of our clients, customers and VIPs to an evening of visiting three distinct properties in Southern California, with each stop representing one of the three service levels provided by The Synergy Collection. To highlight the variation among groupings, different styles of food and drink were served. This tour gave our invited guests an opportunity to see first-hand the differences in value that each classification offers.
More than just breaking down the traditional corporate housing approach into three tiers, The Synergy Collection creates three immersive experiences – Experience, Elevate and Elements – that redefine furnished housing and help Synergy with its mission to transform the hospitality ecosystem.
ELEMENTS
Site: Park Newport
The Elements Collection provides quality offerings with all of the essentials for a successful stay, along with crucial amenities such as a workout facility, resident business center and pool. These accommodations offer better price control to customers with their eye on the bottom line. Element properties are ideal for the corporate traveler that values function over fashion.
To highlight our Elements properties in Orange County, the Synergy tour began at the Park Newport Apartments, a well-appointed apartment community in Newport Beach that boasts one of the best coastal living experiences in the area. Participants were also treated to glasses of craft beer, tacos, chips and salsa while viewing the community’s amenities package, which included outdoor spa, putting green, racquetball and volleyball courts.
Elevate
Site: The Park at Irvine Spectrum Center
Elevate communities are more in line with the traditional offering Synergy is known for. These properties give guests premium, dedicated spaces decorated with contemporary designs and sleek furniture packages offered at exceptional communities with an expansive suite of amenities, including fitness centers, heated pools and outdoor social spaces.
The Park at Irvine, a contemporary soft-loft living space in the heart of Irvine, was the site of our Elevate example. Guests were able to tour this beautiful apartment community that sits in the middle of the Great Lawn, a 2.4-acre recreational space. Tour participants dined on spinach artichoke dip and stuffed mushrooms, alongside a classy pairing of chardonnay for an immersive example of an Elevate offering.
Experience
Site: Metropolis
The Experience Collection is Synergy’s most luxurious offerings, sitting in posh, 5-star accommodations. Residents can enjoy resort-style amenities such as state-of-the-art fitness centers that include yoga studios and spin classes or indoor and outdoor heated saltwater pools. These communities are typically found in luxury towers located in high-profile urban cores within walking distance to high-end shopping, dining and nightlife.
The Synergy Collection ended its tour of the Orange County Collection by showcasing Metropolis, a designer luxury community in Irvine with a host of impressive services and innovative amenities. Residents of the Metropolis never complain of boredom due to the impressive entertainment options that live in the community. A full-scale arcade room with modern video games sits next door to a four-lane bowling alley for competitive residents, while a resort-style saltwater pool and spa await residents seeking more leisure in their downtime. Tour guests were treated to a pairing of gourmet sushi and cold sake to compliment the luxury surroundings of this Experience property.
