Synergy Global Housing recently attended Worldwide ERC’s Singapore Summit. Representing Synergy at the event were Global Solutions Director Katie Lim and Account Executive Dorothy Leong.
The summit gave Katie and Dorothy an opportunity to participate in several industry seminars, as well as spread the word about Synergy’s scalability in Singapore and the entire APAC region.
One of the main Synergy features Katie and Dorothy were able to highlight is the organization’s enhanced presence in India. We’ve always had a presence in India, but we were recently granted permission from the national government to set up a Synergy office, staffed with Synergy team members, rather than having to work through a local entity. This new licensing gives us a stronger network of Indian suppliers and allows us to conduct transactions in local Indian rupees.
Billing in local currencies can be a challenge for global housing providers, so this move was crucial for continuing to deliver Synergy’s outstanding customer support services.
Synergy was excited to announce this new development to our APAC partners, as well as other new opportunities for Synergy’s Global Solutions Centre in Singapore.
